Our 3 days Safari to Serengeti National Park by Flight is exclusive and more comprehensive because instead of spending hours on road connecting to Serengeti National Park, our visitors use it to do more game viewing or other activities introducing them to beauty of this popular Safari destination.

Serengeti National Park is one of the famous safari destinations in the country’s northern circuit with sights and sounds of big five animals, Masai giraffes, antelopes-elands, Defassa waterbucks, Topis, impalas, gazelles, bushbucks and duikers as well as wildebeests (the highest population you will ever see), Burchell’s zebras and wide array of bird species. For this 3-days Trip, you are likely to see the massive migration of wildebeests accompanied by impalas, zebras and gazelles.

With a picnic lunch, no time will be wasted to return to the Camp for Lunch. It will be game drive after game drive then retire to the Camp at sunset. Given the strategic location of your booked Tented Camp or lodge along main wildebeest migration corridor, you can witness the wildlife experience at the comfort of your balcony or room.

Day 2: Full day game drive in Serengeti

After an early morning breakfast, leave the Camping site, Tented Camp or lodge for a full day guided game drive with picnic lunch.
Our 3 days of exploring Mikumi National Park involves flight from the Airport of Zanzibar is one of the most interesting safari packages because visitors not only discover the fourth largest Park in Tanzania but also one of the least crowded destinations. What makes this Park even more interesting to explore is the fact that it is bordered by Selous Game Reserve to its south with other two Protected Areas sharing its borders being Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains.

Mikumi’s landscape draws comparisons from that of Serengeti National Park, being marked by savannah plains dotted with tamarinds, acacia, baobab and rare palm with animals of a typical African savannah. During our 3 days Mikumi National Park by flight, expect sights of both Masai and reticulated/Somali giraffes, elephants, yellow baboons, Grant’s zebras, common elands, Cape buffaloes, greater kudu, wildebeests, impalas, Hippos, lions and so much more.

Our 2 days Safari to Arusha National Park and Materuni Kilimanjaro is one of the best Tanzanian tours combining two of the country’s safari destinations for unforgettable game viewing, birding tours, jaw-dropping sceneries and cultural tours. Kick-starting and ending in Zanzibar Island, this tailor-made short tour is perfect for travellers with limited budget and time within the East African region. First, your tour will involve discovering the hidden beauty of Arusha National Park, one of the country’s smallest Protected Areas at about 30 kilometers south-west of the Town of Arusha.

This Park is popular for its riveting wildlife species (including black and white colobus monkeys, hyenas, Cape buffaloes, leopards, hippos, giraffes and bushbucks among others), stunning Momela Lakes, Mount Meru with its jaw-dropping peaks and the vast Ngurdoto Crater extending for 3 kilometers wide. The following morning leave Arusha National Park for Kilimanjaro to explore the Materuni village and waterfalls.

Itinerary Highlights.

Day 1: Zanzibar-Arusha National Park.

With packed breakfast, wait for pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar and depart for Arusha, on an hour to 1-hour 30mins flight. You will be received warmly by our professional safari guides upon landing and immediately transfer to Arusha National Park by road.

Immediately embark on a guided game drive through different landscapes of this small Tanzanian park which is characterized by abundant views of Black and white colobus monkeys, common warthogs, Defassa waterbucks, hippos, colorful flamingos, duikers, giraffes, blue monkeys and zebras among others.

Also expect occasional views of the elegant Ostriches, African bush elephants, vultures, pelicans, wildebeests and African fish eagles. Although rare spotted, your game drive will be complete with views of spotted hyenas, leopards, lions and jackals. Make time to enjoy your packed lunch and continue with the game viewing adventure. After this riveting wildlife exploration, proceed to Moshi for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Drive to Materuni village and waterfalls, at the slopes of Mount. Kilimanjaro.

After breakfast at your Moshi Camp or lodge, depart for the famous Materuni village, a hidden gem nestled at the lower slopes of Mount. Kilimanjaro. Attend briefing from your local guides then embark on the 40 to 50-minutes hike to the bottom of the spectacular Materuni waterfalls. This waterfall is about 90 meters high and while here enjoy a swim in the cool waters at the bottom of the waterfall.

Your visit to this area also involves taking guided walks through the nearby Materuni village to learn about their exceptional way of life and culture. Also visit one of the homesteads where you will learn about the preparation of a typical Chagga meal and even have lunch from the same place.

Enjoy a coffee-filled desert with the organic beverage made in your presence with beautiful songs and dances from the local community members, then a brief stop at the nearby school to interact with learners and teachers. Drive to the Airport of Kilimanjaro to connect to Zanzibar for drop-off at your hotel, continuation of your trip or flight back home.

The 1 day Mafia Whale Shark adventure is for the daring travellers who wish to experience what it feels to dive or swim with the gentle Whale sharks in their natural habitat – Mafia Island on the East African Coast (South of Dar es Salaam). These creatures live in the Mafia waters throughout the year although with favorable conditions move on the surface of shallow waters near Kilindoni hence making it a perfect place to see them. For travellers who wish to swim with them, the best months of October, November, December, January, February and March.

When you hear “Whale sharks”, you imagine a ferocious creature but surprisingly, they are naturally shy, gentle, peaceful and harmless sea creatures that feed on large quantities of plankton that they always hand up while swimming.

Itinerary highlights.

Your Mafia Whale shark adventure begins in the morning with a 45 to 60 minutes flight chartered directly to Mafia Island. This is the best flight of your East African safari with stunning views over the Ocean, vegetation and other beautiful attractions and on getting to the Island, you will be welcomed and greeted by experienced guide who will lead you to the starting point of the boat excursion.

First, be briefed on this adventurous experience before embarking on the traditional boat in the company of your guide to find the gentle whale sharks. You can swim or dive with the stunning sea creatures then head back to the starting point (Whale Shark base) for the nicely prepared and served BBQ Lunch. Enjoy your meal while interacting with other adventure seekers and afterwards undertake a short tour of Kilindoni City/Town.

This relaxing City tour marks the end of your Mafia Island Adventure, then prepare for transfer to Mafia Airport for the chartered flight back to Zanzibar. Spend overnight at the Hotel in Zanzibar or get ready for the International flight (if it is scheduled for this day).

PRICE:
